The link never arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder first — automated mail often lands there the first time. If it is not there, request another link; each new request replaces the previous one, so use the most recent email.
The link says it is no longer valid
Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes. That is deliberate — it means an old email in your inbox is not a way into your account. Just request a new one.
Why is there no password?
Because a password is one more thing to lose, reuse, or have stolen from another site. A one-time link to an address only you can read proves the same thing with less to go wrong.
